These issues all point to the fundamental contradiction between “mechanical rigidity” and “product flexibility,” and underline the urgent need for intelligent upgrading in the industry.

The three-arm collaborative AI vision dynamic packing line on display is the result of deep co-creation between SRT and Niushi Yunchang based on real‑world production scenarios. The line is equipped with three high-speed delta robots as the execution units, fitted with SRT’s self-developed bionic dexterous grippers for real-time picking of dynamically arriving products. The bionic intelligent actuator is made of food‑grade flexible material and features an integrated pneumatic design, having obtained international safety certifications including FDA. Its structure is designed to be clean and free of dead corners, eliminating the risk of secondary contamination from the source and reducing the complexity of daily cleaning and maintenance. In addition, the line is equipped with an AI dual-vision system for positioning—one for tray location and the other for product posture detection.

The entire system integrates the full process from feeding, AI vision positioning, dynamic picking, box packing, to product offloading. It enables flexible switching between multiple product types without changing grippers, making it well‑suited for multi‑variety, small‑batch production. The solution features a compact layout that can be flexibly integrated into existing production lines without altering the original wiring, and offers low maintenance costs over time. According to customer estimates, a single line can reduce the need for 3 to 5 packaging workers. With three arms working collaboratively, the dynamic picking rate can reach 150 ppm, increasing overall efficiency several times over. One production line can save over 50% on annual labor costs.

Thanks to the deep integration driven by AI, this technical approach breaks the conventional notion that “intelligent upgrading = high capital investment,” enabling enterprises of all sizes—large, medium, and small—to advance their production line transformation in phased and affordable steps. Against the backdrop of accelerated smart retrofitting in the bakery industry in 2026, SRT translates its technology vision of “AI empowering flexible manufacturing” into practical, replicable outcomes. This helps drive the industry’s transition from “scale expansion” to a “quality and efficiency dual-driven” model, providing core support for building flexible, efficient, clean, and green smart factories across the bakery sector.
