As a highly influential industry event in China's pharmaceutical equipment sector, CIPM continues to bring together innovative technologies across the industrial chain. From October 27 to 29, the 68th China National Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition and 2026 China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition (CIPM) officially opened at the Xiamen International Expo Center. SRT brings its panoramic AI-powered intelligent sorting and packaging solutions to Booth A12, Hall 2, covering the common needs of pharmaceutical enterprises in primary and secondary packaging.

Panoramic Secondary Packaging Solutions for the Pharmaceutical Industry
AI-Powered Intelligent Grasping Empowers Upgrading of Primary Packaging Processes
In the primary packaging process, consumables such as blister packs, gauze, syringes, medical cotton balls, medical gloves, and masks come in diverse forms, with many batches but limited quantities per batch. Meanwhile, medicine-food homologous materials such as cordyceps, pills, Ejiao products, traditional Chinese herbal decoction pieces, and ready-to-eat nutritional supplements have irregular shapes and delicate textures, making standardized grasping difficult to replicate and changeover downtime lengthy.

Cordyceps Sorting & Grading with Bionic Dexterous Actuators
SRT's bionic dexterous actuator achieves damage-free grasping through adaptive flexible contact, eliminating the need to frequently change tooling fixtures for each material. It can simultaneously handle medical consumable materials such as blister packs, gauze, and syringes, as well as irregular high-value products such as cordyceps, Ejiao products, traditional Chinese herbal decoction pieces, traditional Chinese medicine pills, and bowl-packaged herbal paste. For production lines with many batches and limited quantities per batch, it helps reduce tooling preparation time during changeover.

Bionic Dexterous Actuator in TCM Pill Sorting
The intelligent robotic sorting workstation, built with bionic dexterous actuators as its grasping unit, integrates an R4 four-axis robot, drive system, conveyor line, and AI visual inspection system. It can rapidly complete complex operations such as grasping, transferring, and loading at combined primary packaging stations for pharmaceuticals and medical consumables within a compact environment. The workstation can be continuously expanded as needed without replacing the host equipment, keeping operating costs in step with growing packaging demands.

From Compliance Traceability to One-Piece All-Paper Packaging
Turnkey Line Solutions Meet Pharmaceutical Enterprises' Requirements
In the secondary packaging process, SRT introduces an integrated unpacking, packaging and sealing machine. Designed for operating conditions with limited plant space, it connects functional units such as intelligent lane-dividing conveying, high-speed carton erection, and robotic case packing within a confined footprint. The all-paper packaging automatically completes steps including folding, forming, loading, and sealing, and complies with GMP standards; its modular structure supports on-demand expansion with processes such as pad placement, strapping, intelligent end-of-line handling, and labeling inspection.

Integrated Unpacking-Packaging-Sealing Machine for All-Paper Packaging
The machine can seamlessly connect with upstream production lines, binding drug batches to case codes in real time and supporting UDI code scanning and association. The case packing process no longer relies on manual scanning and data entry, improving both the accuracy and timeliness of traceability data and meeting regulatory traceability requirements. AI visual inspection automatically rejects defective products to ensure packing quality.
The machine has been successfully applied in scenarios such as cordyceps cartoning, oral liquid case packing, and Ejiao paste case packing, and is suitable for case packing of bottled, filled, boxed, and bagged products. According to customer calculations, the packing speed can reach 4–8 cases per minute (depending on the product), 3–7.5 times more efficient than manual packing, saving RMB 300,000–500,000 in labor costs per line per year.
On October 28, SRT's booth will host a special technical exchange livestream themed "Focusing on the Pharmaceutical Industry, Observing Smart Packaging" at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. respectively. In addition to SRT's video channel, the livestream is strongly supported by China Industry News and the PIIF Pharmaceutical Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Forum, and will be broadcast simultaneously on their relevant video channels. The exhibition runs until October 29. You are welcome to visit Booth A12, Hall 2 for exchange.
