At the same time, it has higher detection accuracy for the diversity and inconsistency of defect parts such as the character and pattern changes of the label paper on the surface of the food box and the reading of one-dimensional code, and the missed detection rate is less than 0.01%.

 01 Working Principle

 

Workers put the products to be tested on the testing conveyor and transport them to the testing system for testing;


After the inspection is completed, the end clamp is driven by the robot to carry out qualified products into the box; The worker puts the carton into the empty box shelving area, and the robot drives the suction cup to pick up the box and finish unpacking it. The bottom of the carton is folded and assembled by combining the robot with the folding cover unit. The folded empty box is moved to the packing station, and another robot equipped with soft claw is used for packing. After the packing is completed, the collaborative robot uses the sucker clamp to transport it to the sealing machine;
