For the first time, the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China promoted artisans and highly skilled talents from major countries to the ranks of national strategic talents. As a technology company with soft robot technology as its core, SRT has always adhered to the original intention of independent innovation and science and technology education, and is committed to cooperating with major universities across the country to strengthen the integration of production, study and research, and actively cultivate applied talents with professional skills as the main and scientific and technological innovation as the supplement. In order to accelerate the pace of training of skilled talents with "teaching and training, learning and construction", in May 2023, SRT's first "University Propaganda Month" was officially launched, and continuously launched propaganda in colleges and universities in Hainan Province, Shaanxi Province, Tianjin City and other places, giving full play to its characteristics and advantages, bringing important applications and experiences in real scenes into colleges and universities. Continuously promote the development of industry and the incubation of technical talents.

Hainan University of Science and Technology
Immersive "teaching" and "learning", school-enterprise cooperation to build a talent co-education through train. On May 10, SRT brought the robot tea art exhibition platform into Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology. Bao Lei, the chief technology officer of the company, passed the charm of soft robot technology in the communication from his own professional point of view through the combination of on-site teaching and practical demonstration, and helped the school to train high-quality applied talents to meet the needs of society.
The robot tea art display platform mainly includes robot system, food grade flexible fixture system, pneumatic system, water supply system and other equipment, forming a robot tea art display scene, which helps students to understand the integration knowledge of robot system, master the industrial control skills of robot, flexible fixture, pneumatic system and so on, so as to improve the design and implementation ability of robot workstation system.

Hainan Software Vocational and technical College
Integration of scientific and technological forces, enabling the construction of technical talent echelons. In order to better improve the practical training ability of students, on May 15, the SRT campus propaganda group came to Hainan Software Vocational and Technical College, focusing on the application of software robot technology as the core of the propaganda, giving the teaching new connotation.
As an important display program in teaching practice, the robot tea art display platform not only interprets the collision and integration of traditional Chinese skills and modern science and technology to the students present, on the other hand, through the face-to-face and hand-by-hand teaching of enterprises to students, to help students complete the accurate docking of new technologies and new technologies, and encourage students to cultivate the practical spirit of "bold innovation by using emerging technologies".

Xi 'an Jiaotong University
Stimulate the desire to explore, clear employment direction in communication. On May 25, SRT and students from the School of Mechanical Engineering of Xi 'an Jiaotong University (Xingqing Campus) held a special presentation.
In addition to helping students quickly understand the popularity and application of soft robot technology, the seminar enabled students to establish a trust network with SRT through interaction and Q&A sessions, and had a clearer understanding of the industry background, key technologies and future development of soft robot. The key information, such as the direction of the industry's demand for skilled talents, employment environment and industrial structure, is also clarified. At the same time, the on-site interaction of the robot tea art platform brought new thinking to the students, and also had more fantasies about their future career planning.

Civil Aviation University of China
With social needs as the orientation and students' harvest as the goal, we promote the transformation of theoretical learning results into high-quality development motivation. On May 30, the SRT group came to the Civil Aviation University of China in Tianjin to help students understand the development of robot technology at home and abroad, master the status quo and development trend of the software robot industry, and broaden the employment direction for students.
The lecture was rich in content and vivid in image, which attracted many students to attend. There are both cutting-edge theoretical information and live demonstrations of real cases to help students broaden their horizons, enrich industry knowledge, and take the road of "skills to become talents and skills to serve the country". On the other hand, through this campus lecture, it also provides important significance for the continuous transformation of theoretical learning results into high-quality development paths between schools and enterprises.
At present, the "Soft robot technology and Application theme report" is one of the series of activities of SRT to carry out in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises. Through the continuous maturity of preaching activities, the teaching and production needs are deeply integrated, to ensure that the teaching content is closely aligned with the industry needs and development prospects, and to contribute to the wisdom classroom and talent training of colleges and universities. In the future, the theme of "SRT soft robot technology and application" will be carried out one after another, and it is expected that more colleges and universities across the country will cooperate with SRT in two-way empowerment and actively build a community of integration of production and education.
