Fully automatic wafer sorting
At CWIC, SRT's subsidiary (Microphal) will focus on fully automatic wafer sorting equipment. The device is mainly used for sorting transmission of 8" ~ 12" wafers, and suitable for various application scenarios of wafer transmission.

As one of the 23 key industrial chains in Shaanxi Province, the semiconductor and integrated circuit industry chain has developed rapidly since the implementation of the "chain length system". The SRT tea demonstration platform, which was displayed at the top 20 press centers of the Communist Party of China, integrates robots into traditional Chinese tea brewing techniques to realize fully automatic tea making, which is suitable for technology exhibition and guest reception.
